The Youth Power 20 Fund is a permanent restricted endowment seeded in 2025 by Bill Hudson and managed by the USRowing Foundation. The Youth Power 20 Fund supports emerging organizations and clubs which provide access and opportunities for diverse youth athletes from underserved communities.
Beginning in 2025, the Youth Power 20 Fund endowment will fund one, and possibly multiple, United We Row annual grant(s) in perpetuity. Endowment grant recipient(s) will be selected as part of the United We Row grant cycle and must fit criteria outlined in the endowment specifications.
